The place was convenient and had professional and responsive staff with excellent service, truly enjoyed the stay. The hotel was in a central location opposite to the popular chia te bakery.

I liked the room with bathtub, the bed was comfy. The location near restaurants was favourable and decent.

The attention to detail was evident, from the well-designed rooms with hidden amenities to the friendly and helpful staff. The location in the city center was also a major plus, making it convenient to explore Taipei.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was overall pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean, and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to the subway and easily accessible to popular spots in the city. the amenities provided, such as the coffee machine in the room, added a nice touch to our stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, especially when it came to Western choices.

I greatly enjoyed the functional-style building, budget room. The bathroom was clean. The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to a family friendly mall. The experience was comfortable and I will be back.

The rooms were small and lacked proper sound proofing which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, there were some positives like the excellent shower and air con. Unfortunately, the breakfast choices were limited and often cold. The staff were friendly and helpful but the long waits for the lift in the morning were frustrating. we wouldn't choose to stay here again.

We were impressed with the spotless environment and the friendly staff at this hotel. The room was beautifully furnished and had a big bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. We loved the high-tech toilet with a bidet seat and seat warmer. The hotel is conveniently located just 150 meters from Nanjing Station and one stop away from the fantastic Raohe night market. The staff were always willing to help and the hotel even had a laundry and dryer machine available on the rooftop.

Felt really good, no complaints whatsoever.
